Our beds are handmade to order, so the lead time varies depending on the range that you have chosen. If you would like to know how long the item you like takes to deliver, please give us a call on 0330 133 2933 and one of our personal shoppers will be able to help.
Opulence Dream have a full delivery and installation service and have years of experience delivering furniture to all types of properties.
Whilst our items generally fit through standard sized door frames, to ensure that your purchase can be delivered, we advise that you carefully check the dimensions of your chosen item.
Should you have any concerns about fitting your item through any doors, hallways, stairways, lifts or surrounding areas, please call our web sales team.
If you wish to discuss bed options to accommodate modern living spaces, our range includes configurable and modular pieces that split down, at an extra cost, to suit your needs. Please discuss with your sales advisor.
You will receive a text with a 3 hour time slot the day before your order is due to arrive, if your estimated time slot has passed this may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays in the area so please bear with us as we will be working hard to get your furniture to you as soon as we can. If in the unexpected circumstance that your delivery hasn’t arrived please contact us.
Opulence offer a full delivery and installation service. However, if you would like to collect your order from our factory, please our customer support team on 0330 133 2933 who will be able to advise if this is possible.
Subject to availability, we offer a premium Saturday delivery service. When your order has arrived into the local Central Distribution Centre they will contact you to arrange a delivery date, If you miss the call you will receive a text message with their telephone number so you can call them back.
If you have moved home and need to advise us of a new delivery address, please call the customer support team on 0330 133 2933 to advise them of your new details.

Once you have accepted delivery, then your order is deemed non-returnable. Please ensure you check your purchase thoroughly upon delivery.
We’re always here to help. If for any reason you’re not happy we have a nationwide team of fully qualified upholsterers ready to visit your home at your convenience. Please speak to a member of our team to discuss your concern or we can arrange a video call to see the problem and advise from there.
Cancellation can only be made within 3 hours of order being processed.
